Nucold
Refrigeration, Inc. ships UPS throughout the contiguous 48 states, with core returns picked up
on a Call Tag issued 7-14 days after the core is shipped. The
customer is responsible for all freight costs.
Before shipping a core to Nucold Refrigeration, Inc. please be sure to include
the boiler tin with insulation and black cap over valve stem.
AMMONIA SMELL OR LEAKING CORE RETURNS: If a core smells of ammonia or is leaking fluids,
UPS will refuse shipment or will drop it off en route. If you have a core
that is leaking or smells of ammonia, please contact Nucold for
suggestions on draining or packaging to enable UPS shipment. Cores
which leak or smell of ammonia are subject to UPS fines up to $1000.
Any penalties incurred due to customer negligence are the responsibility
of the customer.
CORE CHARGES:
A charge of $50 will be invoiced if the old core is not returned.
